Biography

A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. She completed postgraduate management studies in the field of operational management in enterprises, including formulating an operational strategy and effective management of production and service processes, from the Gdańsk University of Technology and completed the Entrepreneurship Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She holds numerous certificates confirming the English language fluency, including from the British Council and the University of Cambridge.

She has 12 years of professional experience working in, among others: energy-fuel industry, in private and non-governmental sector and in State Treasury companies. In the years 2020-2024, associated with companies from the PKN ORLEN Group. She has held specialist and managerial positions in, among others, Grupa ENERGA S.A., Grupa LOTOS S.A., Grupa PGNiG S.A. and Grupa PKN ORLEN S.A. In the years 2017-2022, Member of Foundation Boards, holding the role of a Chairwoman and Secretary General at the Excellence World Foundation. In 2021 appointed to the Board of LOTOS Foundation and then, ORLEN Dla Pomorza Foundation. In 2021-2022, she hold the position of the Deputy Director of Marketing Department in LOTOS Capital Group, being responsible for the marketing office, which exercised the marketing supervision over the LOTOS Group companies and was responsible for coordinating activities regarding the marketing strategy. Later on, holding the position of the Deputy Director of Marketing Department in PKN ORLEN. In the years 2022-2024 she served as the Member of Supervisory Board of the company PGNiG Technology. Between years 2022-2024, she was a Head of the Communication Office and Spokesperson in Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. (joint venture company with 70% of shares belonging to ORLEN and 30% to Aramco). Worth noting, ORLEN is one of the largest oil industry company in Central and Eastern Europe, whereas Aramco is the leading producer of the energy and chemicals in the world.

She is an author and co-author of several international scientific publications. Participated in numerous conferences, courses and trainings, continously improving skills and workshop. She conducted lectures in management and leadership entitled "Meetings of science and business" at Gdańsk University of Technology. Taught classes, as guest lecturer, in journalism, communication and in management at University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology. Member of industry organizations, including: Polish Society of Social Communication, Polish Scientific Marketing Society and Polish Society of Production Management. She is a laureate of many awards and distinctions.
