She has several years of professional experience in the private and non-governmental sectors and in State Treasury companies. In the years 2020-2024 she was associated with companies from the PKN ORLEN Group. She was the author and co-author of several monographs, a chapter in a monograph, and articles published in peer-reviewed scientific materials. During her education she participated in several dozen scientific-business conferences, as well as completing many courses and trainings in the area of communication, marketing and management. She has collaborated with scientific institutions and served on several expert advisory panels and committees. She gave lectures on management and leadership as part of regular meetings entitled: "Science Meetings with Business" at the Gdańsk University of Technology, and was a main host of a program on leadership attitudes for senior management at MBA studies. She conducted industry workshops on leadership and the role of a leader in an enterprise, with students from Ukraine, Portugal and China. As guest lecturer, conducted seminars in Journalism, Communication and in Management at University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology. Member of industry organizations: Polish Scientific Society of Communication (PTKS), Polish Scientific Society of Marketing (PNTM), International Project Management Association (IPMA), European Academy of Management (EURAM) and European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA). A laureate of awards, distinctions and honours.
