She has several years of professional experience in, among others: energy-fuel industry, in private and non-governmental sector and in State Treasury companies. In the years 2020-2024 associated with companies from the ORLEN Group. She is an author and co-author of several scientific international publications. Participated in numerous scientific-business conferences, in a meanwhile she completed many courses and trainings. She conducted lectures in leadership entitled "Meetings of Science and Business" at Gdańsk University of Technology. She was the main host of a program dedicated to leadership attitudes for senior management as part of the MBA studies. As guest lecturer she taught classes in Journalism, Communication and Management at University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology. She is a member of industry organizations including: Polish Society of Social Communication (PTKS), Polish Scientific Marketing Society (PNTM), International Project Management Association (IPMA), European Academy of Management (EURAM) and European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA). She is a laureate of many awards, distinctions and an official honour.
