She has several years of professional experience, in the private and non-governmental sectors and in State Treasury companies. In the years 2020-2024 associated with companies from the PKN ORLEN Group. She is an author and co-author of several scientific publications. During her education she participated in several dozen scientific-business conferences, as well as completing many courses and trainings. She gave lectures on management and leadership as part of regular meetings entitled: "Science Meetings with Business" at the Gdańsk University of Technology. She was the main host of a program on leadership attitudes for senior management at MBA studies. She conducted the industry workshops for students from Ukraine, Portugal and China. As guest lecturer, conducted seminars in Journalism, Communication and in Management at University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology. Member of industry organizations: Polish Scientific Society of Communication (PTKS), Polish Scientific Society of Marketing (PNTM), International Project Management Association (IPMA), European Academy of Management (EURAM) and European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA). A laureate of awards, distinctions and honours.
