Anna Maria Trzaskowska has been employed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Department of Informatics in Management since 2017. For over 2 years she was the Deputy Head of the Department. A member of the Board of the Pomeranian Branch of the Polish Information Processing Society. Current scientific interests fall within the areas of agile methods, lean management in higher education, digitization of higher education and broadly defined data analysis. In June 2017, she obtained a PhD degree in economic sciences in the field of management science. The PhD thesis was defended at the Faculty of Management Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. Master's studies were completed at Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Management and Economics. Graduate of postgraduate studies - Postgraduate Pedagogical Study at Gdynia Maritime University in 2000 and "Project Management", post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology in the academic year 2012/2013. In the 2016/2017 academic year, she participated in the postgraduate studies "Statistical Methods in Business - Workshops with SAS software" at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. In the years 1999-2013, she was employed at the Maritime University of Gdynia in the following positions: assistant at the Department of Management and lecturer at the Department of Trade and Services. She conducted numerous subjects, from basic - fundamentals of management, management methods, through directional - strategic management, project management, specialization - customer relationship management, designing commercial and service projects, or knowledge management. In the years 2005-2013, the supervisor of two dynamically operating student science clubs - both in the area of ​​management and broadly understood business. One of them was a candidate for the Red Rose Award. Lecturer at four non-public higher education schools in the Pomeranian and Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodships. Trainer of a consulting company and several foundations, including those educating candidates for the position of school directors as part of the "Management in Education" training. From 2013 to 2016, she ran her own business - training and management consulting.
