Biography

Błażej Prusak is Head of the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdansk University of Technology and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Research on Enterprise in Modern Economy - theory and practice (REME), as well as a member of editorial boards of such journals as Intellectual Economics; Space. Economics. Society; Academy of Management. He is the author or co-author of several scientific monographs including: Modern methods of forecasting corporate financial distress; Corporate bankruptcy and the use of artificial intelligence; Economic analysis of corporate bankruptcy: an international approach; Market value ratios: application in business valuations and in investment strategies; Multi-criteria analysis of stock recommendations; Corporate financial analysis. Evaluation of financial statements, ratio analysis; Corporate financial analysis. Financing, investment, value, synthetic assessment of financial condition; Valuation of distressed companies. Theory and practice. He has also published articles in international journals such as International Insolvency Review, Economic Research, Risks, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, International Journal of Management and Economics, Intellectual Economics, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Economics and Business Review, International Journal of Financial Studies, Economics and Environment. He has been an organiser or co-organiser of the ENTIME international conferences and the 28th Annual Multinational Finance Society Conference.
