Deflection measurement of field section with pavement with base course made of Cement Bitumen Treated Material Mixture C3E4 (28, 180, 270, 365 days after compaction)

Description

Dataset presents data of deflections determined for pavement with base course made of cold recycled mixture – cement bitumen treated material mixture with following binding agents: 3% cement, 4% emulsion (C3E4). Mixture was designed according to Polish requirements for the base course of pavement. Mixture was mixed in stationary plant and compacted in field conditions using steel and rubber rollers. In two first measurements pavement consisted only from the CBTM course (20 cm). In two second measurements pavement had full structure (10 cm of Asphalt concrete and 20 cm of CBTM base course). Mixture contains around 70% of RAP material. 

Data was obtained using FFWD equipment (Dynatest) for 4 times after compation (28, 180, 270 and 365 days). Measurements were made by external contractor.

Test load was selected as dynamic impact load of 50 kN and contact pressure of 710 kPa.
