Determination of the effective concentration of ketoprofen against the germination of Sorghum bicolor (sorghum) seeds
Description
Research data includes an attempt to determine the effective concentration of ketoprofen that inhibits germination of Sorghum bicolor (sorghum) seeds.
To determine the effective concentration of the root growth inhibition (EC50) parameter, diluted solutions of ketoprofen were added to the test plates, and each concentration was studied in duplicate, following the procedure decribed in the publication. Incubation time was 3 days and root length was measured using ImageJ software.
Studies were conducted between 2017.
