FTIR spectra of V2O5 nanostructures

Description

The DataSet contains FTIR spectra of vanadium pentaoxide nanostructures obtained by the sol-gel with different annealing temperatures under synthetic air. 

The FT-IR spectra were recorded at room temperature while using a Perkin-Elmer spectrometer (model Frontier FTIR MIR/FIR) (Waltham, MA, USA). The FT-IR spectra of the samples that were pressed into KBr pellets with constant measure material concentration (0.5%) were collected in the wavenumber range 4000–400 cm^-1 (mid-IR region) while using the KBr beam splitter. 

These results are part of a project defined in the Journal of Nanomaterials. In this paper, the information about samples and synthesis details are reported.
