Photoluminescence spectra of TiO2

Description

These data contain photoluminescence spectra of TiO2 measured at the temperature of liquid nitrogen. There is a comparison of the photoluminescence spectra of TiO2 heat treated at 400-600oC in the ambient (Ar) and reduced (H2) atmospheres. These emission spectra were recorded after TiO2 excitation with a wavelength of 290 nm
