Selected results of measurements carried out in a ship power station with two generators working in parallel with the use of the NI PXIe-1062Q based measurement system
Description
The presented dataset is part of research focusing on the assessment of metrological properties of the instrument, Estimator/Analyzer (A/E v.2), developed and made at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Marine Electrical Power Engineering, of Gdynia Maritime University. The attached data set contains the results of measurements made with a measurement system based on the NI PXIe-1062Q, using the physical model of a ship power station.
The measurement setup is shown in Fig. 1. A measurement system based on NI PXIe-1062Q was used as a reference instrument for the E/A instrument performance assessment.
The dataset file contains data derived using NI PXIe-1062Q system from signals measured at the ship power station and converted in the LabVIEW environment. Each row of data contains the set of parameters, designated from samples taken in the time window of measurement corresponding to ten periods of voltage on the main bars, supplied by two generators (G1 and G2) working in parallel with a variable load. The LabView program for calculation of individual parameters was designed for the simultaneous acquisition of three voltages and six currents, so, therein presented dataset some calculated parameters are equal to zero (four currents were measured only). The designations of the individual data columns (67 columns) are shown in the column_descript_PXI.xls file.
