Description
The following results were presented in sequence: (a) Temperature, (b) specific total and (c) dynamic entropy, (d) velocity contour plots 5 μm above (top) and 5 μm under (bottom) glassy base of the gold nanorod platforms respectively after 90 seconds of the system irradiation.
Results are being considered 5 μm above (top) and under (bottom) glassy base, near the AuNRs platforms respectively. Fig. a. highlights temperature at top and bottom, figs. b. and c present the entropy changes, whereas fig. d outlines velocity vectors. As may be noticed, maximum temperature reaches 33.225oC and 31.795oC above and under the top glass respectively, which is a promising temperature increase since the operating laser power is quite low. It is expected that higher values of power would significantly increase the maximum temperature of the system.
