Structure of ammonium vanadate synthesis by LPE-IonEx method

Description

The DataSet contains the XRD patterns, FTIR spectra of NH4VO3 crystals with different morphology obtained by the LPE-IonEx method. 

The phase composition of obtained samples was examined by the X-ray diffraction method (XRD) by Philips X’Pert diffractometer system (Royston, UK) while using CuK radiation in the range of 5–80 degrees. The FT-IR spectra were recorded at room temperature while using a Perkin-Elmer spectrometer (model Frontier FTIR MIR/FIR) (Waltham, MA, USA). The FT-IR spectra of the samples that were pressed into KBr pellets with constant measure material concentration (0.5%) were collected in the wavenumber range 4000–400 cm^-1 (mid-IR region) while using the KBr beam splitter. 

These results are part of the project reported in Materials journal (10.3390/ma12203446) where the details about the synthesis are described.
