Testing HIADAC high impedance analyzer in Trento University laboratory on "unknown" object using 2-wire probe

Description

The dataset presents impedance spectrum of "black-box" object with interesting phase characteristics. This object was used to test high-impedance analyzer for diagnostic of anticorossion coatings (HIADAC) realized in the frame of Eureka project E!3174.  The impedance spectrum frequency range (1 Hz – 100 kHz) was selected in order to test the whole measureement range of the analyzer. In this dataset, the DC polarisation was to 0V and AC amplitude was set to 1 V.  The model together with the 2-wire measurement probe (dedicated for grounded objects) was placed in Faraday cage. The measurement setup is presented in the photo below.

Top-left figure presents impedance modulus and top-right figure presents impedance angle for the measurements done using the setup presented in bottom-left figure (in the central part HIADAC could be seen).
