International promotion of the Gdańsk University of Technology

We plan to use the funds to promote the ENTIRE Gdańsk University of Technology in the international arena as: - a place where you can shape your career, - a modern, international research and development center - "window to the world". Project activities: 1. 3 promotional films (1. Stories of graduates, their current careers as well as prospects and plans, 2. Gdańsk Tech as a powerful research and development center - STOS, 4 new Research Centers, over 600 laboratories, modern equipment, cooperation in the scientific framework of international organizations, 3. International university - programs in English, double degree agreements, Erasmus, a thriving airport and railway network, international business center in the Tri-City) 2. Photo session (material for creating content on social media and the website) - plans: spring/summer campus, all faculties + Doctoral School, student life, the after-hours academic community, Welcome Office, Foreign Languages Center (Cafe Lingua), Academic Sports Centre, STOS, Research Centres 3. A series of 50 videos for social media - IRO in cooperation with the Multimedia Department, students, lecturers, and administration employees talk about current projects - spreading knowledge about Research Centers, innovations, scientific achievements at faculties, within scientific circles, procedural facilitations, about the accessibility of people and the scientific community (“the human face” of the ENTIRE University) 4. International conference combined with workshops on modern methods of promotion and reaching Gen-Z. Keynote speaker: Keystone Education Group. Other participants: Study in Sweeden, EAIE, Enhance, Study in Poland, Study in Pomorskie, Unibuddy, Tourist Organization, Warsaw University of Technology, University of Wrocław, University of Gdańsk, MUG, Gdańsk Tech, NAWA, IRO's Forum, Tourist Organization, ARP 5. Cooperation with students and graduates in the field of creating promotional materials - creating content for the appropriate target group in exchange for material prizes and a training and integration trip for creators of promotional content 6. Training for 2 employees of IRO in the field of creating modern promotional content on social media 7. New, refreshed layout of basic BTL materials (leaflet for the candidate in Polish and English, leaflet for the tourists in Polish and English, information brochure for visitors in English).
