Abstract
This paper describes Z-source based inductive power transfer topologies control approaches. The goal of this work is a multi-variable control approach which involves a constant voltage/constant current control along with an optimal frequency control to obtain maximum efficiency. This control is applied to the wireless power transfer system based on a modified Z-source topology. The description of the control method along with simulation results is provided.
