Abstract
In the paper, a service oriented architecture is used to describe various scenarios of human-oriented enterprises. They can be modeled by BPMN to show basic information flow. We consider business scenarios to present another modeling solution called service orchestration or service mashup. That approach gives an opportunity for the right management through taking the best possible choice of services, or composition of services. The aim of the paper is to explain the idea of such techniques and to present their usefulness for description of service based supply chain activities. The replacement of all human experience by IT services is not entirely possible; however, computer aid is desirable for an immediate flow of the comprehensive data. It is also emphasized that the proposed method can be used to implement various enterprise scenarios.
