In my life I am guided by the values ​​of respect, teamwork and a positive attitude. They define me and decide what kind of person I am.

My adventure with Lean began when I was writing my diploma thesis during my studies at WZiE GUT in 1997. Since then, lean has accompanied me every day in various fields of activity

In the years 1998-2008 I worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Geographical Sciences and Humanities at GUT, spreading the knowledge of Lean Management germinating in Poland among students and employers. Here I also defended my PhD in economic sciences entitled The concept of Lean Management in increasing the economic efficiency of production ", in which, under the leadership of dr hab. Eng. Olgierd Downarowicz, prof. extra PG, I researched the possibilities of applying solutions used by Toyota in companies with unit, small-lot and large-series production.

I gained knowledge and experience in the field of Lean Management and Organic Management (TOC) at Cardiff Business School (UK) in cooperation with the Goldratt Group and Lean Enterprise Institute, through research of Polish companies implementing Lean in their organizations, study visits to Japanese companies, implementation of several dozen implementation projects in domestic companies and international corporations, as well as in the course of over 10 years of cooperation in the partner network of European consulting companies Sustainable Performance Improvement Network (current name: Xeleratia).

I have built my professional experience as a production improvement specialist, production director, lean management consultant, content director and owner of a LeanQ Team sp.z o.o. and the President of the Lean Education Foundation.

The results of the experience gained in the course of my professional work are reflected in my 4 Lean Manufacturing book publications and numerous articles in trade and scientific journals. I work with such magazines as "Finanse i Controlling", "Production Management" and "Logistics Management". I share my knowledge and experience because I believe that you should share with others what is valuable in life.

Therefore, also since 2014, as part of the Lean Education Foundation created by me and other practitioners, I have been spreading the idea of ​​lean thinking among young people (13-18 years old) and their teachers, as well as students and their lecturers from all over Poland, because I know how important are these competences in the everyday life of a person.

On a daily basis, working in the LeanQ Team, I support the development of enterprises and their teams, helping them to achieve common goals and deriving satisfaction from the results obtained. I do it because I enjoy the success of other people!

From 2020, again at the Gdańsk University of Technology, I joined the team of the Department of Industrial Management to infect the positive spirit of Kaizen and support students on their development paths.
