General description
Hi, I'm passionate about sports science and physiotherapy. My research focuses on enhancing athletic performance and preventing injuries. I'm interested in how bouldering affects muscle strength and balance, the impact of vibration therapy on knee ROM, and joint mobility influenced by body position and gender. I use stabilographic measurements, isometric torque measurements, ROM assessments, and vibration therapy. Currently, I'm working on Achilles tendonitis treatment and knee stabilisation.
