PublicationPrzedstawiono nowe zaawansowane metody specjacji selenu w dodatkach spożywczych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na przygotowanie próbek odnośnie: frakcjonowania różnych klas związków tworzonych przez selen, rozdzielanie wodnych ekstraktów za pomocą chromatografii wykluczeniowej oraz charakteryzowania rozpuszczalnych w wodzie frakcji proteinowych przy użyciu detektorów MALDI oraz TOF-MS.
