Magdalena Brzozowska-Woś is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology (specialization: management systems). She is also a graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Advertising (Faculty of Management and Economics, GUT) and Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations (SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences).

In the years 2000-2003, she cooperated with Panorama Internet sp. z o. o. As a marketing specialist. She was also the editor of the block of business websites on the Panorama Firm portal and the manager of the trading platform. In the meantime, she started working as an assistant at the Department of Marketing of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2003-2005 she cooperated with the Visane interactive agency as an independent marketing communication consultant. At the beginning of 2010, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the field of economic sciences in the discipline of management sciences. Since 2010, he has been the scientific supervisor of the Buzz Interdepartmental Scientific Circle of Market Communication. In 2010-2012 she was the Dean's Plenipotentiary for ECTS Label and the Faculty Coordinator for the ECTS Label. She has been awarded several times for her organizational and scientific activities by the Rector of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

He is a member of the Polish Scientific Marketing Society, the Polish Society for Social Communication and the European Academy of Management. In her career, she was involved in cooperation with the economic environment, including by supporting start-ups (consulting in the field of digital communication policy) and conducting lectures during the knowledge transfer and innovation conferences organized by economic chambers of commerce. She also acted as a reviewer, among others, in the Karole competition organized by the Faculty of Management and Economics of GUT and the National Competition of the Polish IT Society for the best master's theses in computer science.

In 2016, she began cooperation, as part of joint international research, with employees of Nottingham Trent University, and from 2017 also with Birkbeck, University of London. This cooperation was an impulse to organize in 2017 and 2019 a series of training workshops "Principles of Structural Equation Modeling" and "Advanced Structural Equation Modeling" for employees and doctoral students of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2019, it also started cooperation with the International Cyberpsychology and Addictions Research Laboratory (iCARL) as part of its research.

Privately, a native of Krakow by birth, a citizen of Gdańsk by choice, mother of Jeremiasz. She has many interests, but there is almost no free time :). Recently, she has been passionate about landscape photography.
