Biography
Michał T. Tomczak, PhD. DSc is an Associate Professor of Human Resources Management and Vice Dean for Cooperation and Development at Faculty of Management and Economics. He was a Visiting Scholar at University of North Texas, TX; Curtin University and University of Western Australia. Author and coauthor of more than 50 publications in the field of human resource management. Principal Investigator and co-investigator of several projects funded by the National Science Center (NCN) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR). He is the first Polish researcher in the field of management to conduct research on neurodiversity and work. His research interests focus on technology-based and nontechnological solutions for the inclusion and well-being of neurodivergent employees; neurodiversity organizational maturity; and neurodivergent team mental models. He developed a set of solutions for employers aimed at improving HRM processes and optimizing the work environment in terms of the needs of people with autism.
