Biography
Architect and researcher with over 10 years of international experience in cultural projects. She has been working on the designs of Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, Palestinian Museum in East Bank, Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre and National Centre for Contemporary Art in Moscow (with Heneghan Peng Architects). As a founder of A2P2 architecture & planning she runs architecture department of the company. In 2018 together with Henning Larsen and BBGK the company won an international competition for the masterplan for the Imperial Shipyard area in Gdansk. She has also developed strategies such as a converting 12,600 sqm postindustrial buildings in Gdansk Shipyard into contemporary art museum or a competition brief for Ossolineum Museum in Wroclaw. She has broad experience from feasibility studies concept design, through project management to technical assistance at construction stage. Together with Lukasz Pancewicz she runs urban design studio at Gdansk University of technology where she is responsible for managing team work and collaboration between project participants. She also lectures urban development at the University of Gdansk, works an architectural critic for “Architektura-murator” and "INTRO", a popular Polish architectural magazine, runs an architectural blog and lecture series on architecture and design.
