Description
The data below presents the shape of all the researched personnel risk factors in the A, B, C, D enterprise (which were tested by the author). Further considerations should be started with the presentation of the synthesis of the obtained results, which is presented in this research data.
The analysis of the list shows that the overall shaping of both groups of personnel risk factors has a balanced effect. Despite this, between the two discussed groups, certain differences can be noticed due to the fact that the shape of the independent factors is slightly deviated in the dynamizing direction, and the shape of the dependent factors in the stabilizing direction. The shaping of independent factors was conditioned by the dynamism of the economic, social and cultural environment and the labor market. In turn, the shaping of the dependent factors was determined by the stabilizing effect of shaping the decision-making mode and the profile of the current manager.
