Description

This study presents absorbance values of formazan product (converted from MTT) which corresponds the cytotoxicity of QDgreen-holo-Tf, QDred-holo-Tf, QDgreen-holo-Tf-C-2028 and QDred-holo-Tf-C-2028 aginst H460 cancer cells (method of synthesis 1).  Holo-Tf (transferrin) was used as a linker between quantum dots (QDs) and compound (C-2028).
