Detailed results of shaping personnel risk factors in enterprise C

Description

The data presents the shape of all the researched personnel risk factors in the C enterprise (which was tested by the author). Further considerations should be started with the presentation of the synthesis of the obtained results, which is presented in this research data.

As for the dynamising nature of the economic environment, it results mainly from the market economic system and the low level of state intervention. It should be added that the above-mentioned low level of intervention is also conditioned by the fact that company C does not have reimbursed drugs in its portfolio. The dynamic influence of socio-cultural factors should be associated with the current "fashion" for a healthy lifestyle and nutrition, concern for health, as well as an increase in the education level of Poles. As for the dynamising influence of the labor market, it results mainly from the low level of unemployment among experienced pharmaceutical representatives. On the other hand, the least stimulating the volatility is the economic and legal environment of company C, which is conditioned by a not too large degree of freedom left by the provisions of law, duty rates for importing drugs and a very high level of their prices. This is of particular importance for company C, as it does not produce drugs in our country and is forced to import them from abroad.
