Description

This is the histopathological image of COLON tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 1000 slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: DLBCL non- GCB type: LCA+, CD20+, bcl2+, MUM1 focally+ (>30% of cells), bcl6 focally weak + (>30% of cells), cmyc focally+ (<40% of cells), CD10-, CD3-, CyclinD1-, CKAE1/AE3-, S100-, Ki-67 80%.
