Description
This dataset contains results of dilatometry measurements of SrTi0.50Fe0.50O3-d powder. The investigation of the linear thermal expansion was carried out using a Netzsch DIL402 dilatometer. The SrTi0.50Fe0.50O3-d powder was formed into cylinders and heat up to 1100 °C with a heating rate of 5 °C min−1, dwelled for 15 min, and then cooled at a rate of 3 °C min−1. The procedure was carried out in 21% O2.
