Description
This dataset contains results electrical conductivity measurements of dense SrTi1-xFexO3-d (x=0.35, 0.50, 0.70) pellets. DC electrical conductivity measurements were performed by the Van der Pauw method between 900 °C and 200 °C. Studies were performed at 20% of oxygen partial pressure under humidified (~4 vol%) gas flow rate of 50 ml min -1.
