Description

This is the histopathological image of OTHER AND UNSPECIFIED MAJOR SALIVARY GLANDS tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Several months history of tumor of left submandibular gland. History of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.

Result of the histopathological examination: Extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma: CD20+, Bcl2+, CD19+, kappa+, lambda-, CD3-, CD10-, CD23-, CD43-, Bcl6-, Cyclin D1-, CKAE1/AE3-, Ki-67 10%.
