Measurements of the rms currents in two phases in a ship power station with two generators operating in parallel

Description

The presented dataset is part of research focusing on the assessment of metrological properties of the instrument,  Estimator/Analyzer (E/A v.2),  developed and made at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Marine Electrical Power Engineering of Gdynia Maritime University. The attached dataset contains processed data, expressing the rms currents in two phases in a ship power station.

The measurement setup is shown in Fig. 1. A measurement system based on NI PXIe-1062Q was used as a reference instrument for the E/A instrument performance assessment.

The dataset file was created on the base of the selected data derived from two files: E_A.txt (research data: Selected results of signal measurements in a ship power station with two generators working in parallel with the use of the Estimator/Analyzer instrument, R. Maśnicki D. Hallmann J. Mindykowski T. Tarasiuk M. Górniak M. Szweda, DOI:10.34808/dv88-sj58) and PXI.txt (research data: Selected results of measurements carried out in a ship power station with two generators working in parallel with the use of the NI PXIe-1062Q based measurement system, R. Maśnicki D. Hallmann J. Mindykowski T. Tarasiuk M. Górniak M. Szweda, DOI:10.34808/h2xb-8a23). Raw data from these files, after appropriate calculations and after time synchronization of the obtained results, were used to determine the parameters included in the file.

The individual rows of data contain the rms currents values in two phases in the ship power station with two generators (G1 and G2) operating in parallel, designated with a time step of 200 ms using data obtained from the E/A instrument as well as from the PXI system.
