Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of the boron-dopied diamond surfaces

Description

The dataset contains the scanning electron micrographs (SEM), revealing the surface morphology of diamond electrodes on silicon substrates. The diamond surface is characterized by ultra-crystalline diamonds obtained by CVD synthesis.

The selected micrographs were utilized when preparing the manuscript published in Biosensors and Bioelectronics: DOI 10.1016/j.bios.2022.114222
