SEM micrographs of ammonium vanadate nanocrystals

Description

The DataSet contains the electron microscopy (SEM) micrographs of ammonium vanadate nanobelts obtained by the hydrothermal method with different conditions. The results show that the morphology of samples dependent on reaction conditions.

The surface morphologies of the samples were studied by an FEI Company Quanta FEG 250 scanning electron microscope (SEM) (Waltham, MA, USA),  mounting the analyzed sample on a carbon conductive tape. 

These results are part of a project defined in Electrochimica Acta journal (10.1016/j.electacta.2020.135919). In this paper, the information about samples and synthesis details are reported.
