The additional elements of remuneration, apart from the basic salary

Description

The results include employee responses from Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Uzbekistan and the UK. The respondents declared different professional experience (from 1 to 40 years). It is worth emphasizing that among the respondents there were people with many years of professional career. This is important because the results of this research can be compared with the conclusions of the research conducted on a group of Polish managers.
