The Mott-Schottky characteristics of microwave pulsed-plasma polymerized allylamine by DEIS analysis

Description

The dataset contains the results obtained for the Mott-Schottky analysis of the microwave pulsed-plasma polymerized allylamine using the multifrequency perturbation signal with Dynamic Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (DEIS) technique. The results were obtained using the perturbation composed of the elementary signals with a frequency range between 7 and 93000 Hz. The studies were done using Autolab 302N potentiostat and 20 bit National Instruments measurement card.

Measurements in 0.5M Na2SO4 electrolyte at room temperature. The reference electrode was Ag|AgCl and the counter electrode was Pt wire. The studies were carried out at three different allylamine deposition times (72, 144, 288 seconds) and reference sample, labeled accordingly. Each set of data contains the tpi.txt file with information about the time/potential/current of the polarization protocol and the z folder with impedance spectra recorded at each point of time.

The analysis was the supporting data for studies described in 10.1016/j.electacta.2019.05.046
