X-ray diffraction spectra of nitrogen-doped carbon in hybrid materials containing praseodymium oxide
Description
X-ray powder diffraction patterns of samples were carried out by Philips X’Pert diffractometer, which was radiated by graphite monochromatized Cu Kα (l equal 1.540598). The operating voltage was maintained at 40 kV, the current was maintained at 30 mA and analyzed in the range from 20° to 90°. The data presented confirmed the presence of the PrBSCF 9 and Pr2O3 29 in all samples. Diffractograms of samples that contain nitrogen-doped carbon show a diffraction line between 25-27° indicating the presence of a graphene structure 30 in all PrOX:C hybrid materials. For the PrOX sample, there is no characteristic band from graphene, confirming that the material consists of a mixture of praseodymium oxides without the presence of nitrogen-doped graphene
