Description

The set includes data for XRD pattern preparation of nickel-modified V2CTx samples.

Preparation of V2CTx: V2AlC was subjected to selective removing of aluminium via etching in 50% HF at room temperature for 96 h.

Preparation of Ni-V2CTx_NaOH: hydrothermal synthesis of nickel particles deposition on V2CTx MXene in basic media (pH=10) at 160 deg. C. for 16h
