XRD patterns of TeOx powder

Description

The DataSet contains the XRD patterns of the TeOx powder. The material was obtained by the sol-gel method.  The starting solution was prepared by mixing telluric acid (precursor) with thetraetylene glycol, water, and ethanol. The sol was obtained by vigorously stirring precursor solution at 50°C for 2h, then the temperature was raised to 75°C for the next 2h. The obtained gel was dried at 120°C under an argon atmosphere. The xerogel powder was first annealing at 340°C under an argon atmosphere, then at 400°C or 450°C under oxidizing atmosphere.

X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) were collected on a Philips X’PERT PLUS diffractometer with Cu Ka radiation (1.5406 Å) and ranging from 10 to 80 degrees.
