The overall goal of the project is to contribute to the promotion of digital rights in Argentina. To this end, the project will implement activities in three areas: 1) deepening cooperation between the European Union and Argentina in the field of digital transformation, 2) strengthening the creation and dissemination of applied knowledge for digital transformation, and 3) developing alliances between academia, the public sector, the private sector, and the civil society for digital transformation.
