The solutions that the PG academic staff will become acquainted with during the project will contribute to the development of social competences, which are complementary to polytechnic education. They will also enable the development of the idea of holistic education, which is part of the university's third mission. By participating in the project and introducing solutions used at renowned European universities, we will also be able to identify talents among students, including potential candidates for doctoral studies. Participation in the project will enable students to acquire competencies and skills in planning the process of self-education, self-improvement and development of their talents. In addition, participation in the project will develop students' skills of critical thinking and argumentation, as well as self-motivation for further development. This project will be an excellent form of development for students with the greatest potential. At the same time, we will be able to build the intellectual capital of the university.
The co-financing is intended for remuneration for academic teachers conducting classes using the tutoring method, carried out as part of the normal course of study. Classes will last the first semester (about 5 months). One academic teacher will conduct classes with about 3 students selected for the target group of the project for a maximum of 100 hours. As part of the project, the task of academic teachers appointed by the university will also be to participate in foreign study visits for training, preceded by pre-departure meetings (organization of study visits and pre-departure meetings belongs to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education)
