Development of scientific potential of GUT students and start in engineering challenge Formula SAE Michigan 2020
Project focuses on development of specialist knowledge in the field of engineering and presenting scientific potential at international engineering challenge SAE Michigan 2020.
Team of participants stems from PGRacing Team working within KN Mechanik. Work has started in II half of 2014 at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of GUT. Since then, members of PGRacing Team have designed and created 3 generations of bolids, which represented the university on an international level. Gathered experience together with skills will allow to construct a more competetive vehicle.
Formula Student is an international series of competitions for academic teams. Each of presented constructions is initially judged based on safety. Next, the teams and their vehicles take part in number of competitions that challenge speed, strength of the vehicle, but also finance and team management skills and engineering approach.
