The "Strengthening the European Alliance" project is an initiative enabling Gdańsk University of Technology to plan events and activities to fully engage in the ENHANCEplus project. We aim to complement certain actions not supported by the European Commission, which will help us acquire skills and experience in managing such projects. Our plans include organizing activities such as participating in joint training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of project participants. Additionally, we intend to implement activities from our WP2 Human Dimension package, such as networking trips, conferences, and workshops focusing on mental and overall well-being. We plan to enrich our educational offer with modern teaching tools and strengthen our teaching staff. Furthermore, we aim to collaborate to support young researchers and enhance the potential of new solutions related to European Educational Pathways. Our objective is also to build the capacity of higher education and research institutions internationally by promoting best practices and innovative solutions. The planned activities will be related to work in all thematic packages of the ENHANCEplus project: Management and Governance, Future Learning, Future Skills, Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Lab for Transdisciplinary Societal Transformation, New Formats and Frameworks, Diversity and Gender, IT Solutions.
