A FEM membrane model of human fascia-synthetic implant system in a case of a stiff ventral hernia orifice
Abstract
Praca prezdstawia model matematyczny układu tkanka ludzka - implant syntetyczny w postaci tzw. siatki w leczeniu przepuklin brzusznych. Implant jest tu moelowany jako struktura membranowa. Ocena wpływu danych materiałowych oraz wstępnego napięcia na zachowanie pracującej membrany po implantacji została przedstawiona na podstawie analizy wrażliwości. Pracę podsumowują pewne wskazówki dla chirurgów implantujących siatki.
