Abstract
Recently observed increase of infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus is currently one of the most important problem of clinical microbiology. Most of the strains responsible for the infections are a MRSA (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus) strains. In this situation commonly used antibiotics are not sufficient. There is an urgent need to search for a new nonatibiotic treatment against this pathogen. In the literature there are many examples of suggesting bacteriophages as a solution for this problem.
