Evaluation of expanded uncertainty of instantaneous power measurement in a bearing diagnostic system.

Abstract

The paper presents the issues concerning the estimation of the expanded uncertainty in the system for the diagnosis of rolling bearings, consisting of transducers: voltage and current voltage, which is used for diagnostic bearing motors method based on the measurement and analysis of the instantaneous power signal consumed by the induction motor. It presents the methodology for assessing the measurement uncertainty and presents examples of the results of analyses. On this basis, conclusions were drawn regarding the accuracy of the measurement system designed to diagnose bearings of induction motors by analysis of instantaneous power.
