Abstract
Unbestrittenes Kriterium für ein gutes Lichtklima und Wohlbefinden ist die Orientierung am Tageslicht. Tageslicht ist unser großer Anhaltspunkt, denn es hat die Evolution des Menschen ganz wesentlich beeinflusst: unseren Lebensrhythmus, die Wahrnehmung, unsere Emotionen and Stimmungen.
