The unrecognized and untapped potential of workers aged >=50 years: myth or fact, a study of the situation of the elderly workers in Poland
Abstract
The authors carried out a comparative analysis and quantitative synthesis of the results of primary research from Polish research centers on Polish employers' assessment of workers aged 50 years old and more and the possibilities and conditionsof using the potential of this group in enterprises.
