Wpływ geometrii, właściwości magnetycznych oraz sposobu magnesowania próbki na rozkład przestrzenny magnetycznego pola rozproszonego
Abstract
Praca dotyczy problematyki wpływu wybranych czynników na rozkład przestrzenny magnetycznego pola rozproszonego (MPR). Na podstawie wyników badań uzyskanych dla próbek charakteryzujących się przewężeniem i lokalnym spadkiem przenikalności magnetycznej (spowodowanym deformacją plastyczną) stwierdzono, iż oba czynniki wywierają podobny wpływ na rozkład przestrzenny MPR. Na bazie analizy wyników pomiarów MPR oraz symulacji wykonanych metodą elementów brzegowych (MEB) opracowano metodę ilościowego określania lokalnej zmiany przenikalności magnetycznej próbki. Po odpowiedniej kalibracji metoda ta pozwala na ocenę wartości lokalnego odkształcenia plastycznego. Zbadany został również wpływ zmian namagnesowania, spowodowanych działaniem naprężeń zadanych przez obciążenia zewnętrzne, na rozkład przestrzenny MPR. Stwierdzono, iż możliwe jest na podstawie analizy tego rozkładu przybliżone określenie przedziału wartości naprężeń, które występują w elemencie posiadającym przewężenie. Wpływ magnesowania próbki za pomocą ruchomej magneśnicy na rozkład przestrzenny MPR został przeanalizowany dla przypadku płyty stalowej zawierającej wady o różnych głębokościach. Poza głębokością wad, podstawowym czynnikiem wpływającym na rozkład przestrzenny MPR dla tego sposobu magnesowania jest prędkość magneśnicy. Zbadano zatem zależność wybranych parametrów rozkładu przestrzennego MPR od prędkości magneśnicy. Parametrami tymi są poziomy bazowe mierzonych rozkładów przestrzennych i wartości międzyszczytowe anomalii tych rozkładów. Przez anomalię rozumiane jest wyraźne lokalne odchylenie od poziomu bazowego rozkładu przestrzennego MPR. Lokalizacja, w której wykryto anomalię, wskazuje na miejsce występowania wady w badanej płycie. Otrzymane dla płyty z wadami wyniki pozwalają stwierdzić, iż poziomy bazowe mierzonych rozkładów przestrzennych indukcji magnetycznej zależą najczęściej w sposób liniowy od prędkości. Pozwoliło to opracować metodę przekształcania rozkładów przestrzennych MPR, zmierzonych dla w ogólności niejednostajnej prędkości, do postaci quasi-stacjonarnej. Przyczyną zmian rozkładu przestrzennego MPR pod wpływem ruchu magneśnicy są prądy wirowe generowane w płycie podczas tego ruchu. Analiza przestrzennego rozkładu tych prądów w badanej płycie została przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem metody elementów skończonych (MES). Rezultaty tej analizy wskazują na to, iż największa gęstość indukowanych prądów wirowych występuje w obszarach pod biegunami magneśnicy i w okolicy wad.
