PublicationMikroemulsje sporządzono przy użyciu mieszaniny monoestrów kwasów tłuszczowych z różną kompozycją wybranych anionowych i niejonowych surfaktantów. Badano wpływ mieszaniny surfaktantów oraz zawartości fazy wodnej i olejowej na zachowanie się faz w układach.
