PublicationPrzedstawiono metodę wyznaczania współczynnika nieidealności ogniwa słonecznego w oparciu o zmiany napięcia otwartego obwodu w funkcji nasłonecznienia. Zastosowano chłodzenie ogniwa przy użyciu radiatora i strumienia powietrza celem utrzymania jego temperatury na stałym poziomie podczas eksperymentu. Omówiono wpływ nasłonecznienia i temperatury ogniwa na kształt charakterystyki i położenie punktu maksymalnej mocy.
