Przedstawione wyniki badań pokazują, że metoda ta może okazać się skuteczna przy określaniu stanu mikrokrążenia w tkance pod paznokciem, co pozwoliłoby określić stopień zaawansowania choroby grzybiczej, a więc także umożliwiałoby ocenę postępów leczenia tej przypadłości.
