PublicationKwas mykofenolowy (MPA) jest związkiem o działaniu immunosupresyjnym i ma zastosowaniu w zapobieganiu odrzucania przeszczepów narządów. Zaprezentowano nowe pochodne MPA, które posiadają przyłączony do grupy karboksylowej fragment aminokwasowy. Celem tych badań jest określenie wpływu konfiguracji na chiralnym atomie węgla oraz podstawnika w reszcie aminokwasowej na aktywność immunosupresyjną.
