Electronic structure and time-dependent description of rotational predissociation of LiH
PublicationThe adiabatic potential energy curves of the ^1Sigma+ and ^1Pi states of the LiH molecule were calculated. They correlate asymptotically to atomic states, such as 2s + 1s, 2p + 1s, 3s + 1s, 3p + 1s, 3d + 1s, 4s + 1s, 4p + 1s and 4d + 1s. PublicationThe cross sections for rotational inelastic collisions between atoms and a molecular anion can be very large, if the anion has a dipole moment. This makes molecular anions very efficient in cooling atomic gases. We address rotational inelastic collisions of Helium atoms with the molecular anion C2N–. PublicationPodstawowa charakterystykę reaktorów stanowi krzywa rozkładu czasu zatrzymania. Jej dokładne wyznaczenie jest trudne i kosztowne. W pracy zaproponowano wykorzystanie metody aproksymacyjnej, polegającej na zastąpieniu rzeczywistej funkcji przez jej przebieg uproszczony. Zaproponowano aproksymację rozkładem trójkątnym. Na konkretnym przykładzie pokazano, że metoda ta daje lepsze wyniki niż powszechnie stosowany model przepływu tłokowego.
